Nektarios Stavrinos was born in 1990 and lives in Larnaca, on the island of Cyprus. It was at the age of seventeen that he smoked his first pipe, and he fell in love at first sight. Fascinated by the structure of the object, and its sensations to the touch, he wants to know more. He likes to work on the technical part as much as the artisanal aspect, and always starts by making a sketch before getting down to size. Influenced by nature, he does not neglect visits to international pipe shows, as this helps him to improve his creativity.  Lover of sweet flavors, he prefers lightly flavored virginies. He makes between sixty and seventy pipes a year, in morta, in briar from Spain, and in local olive tree. His pipes are made of ebonite and sometimes acrylic.
